Welcome to the Energy
Mechatronics Laboratory at INU
The goal of Energy Mechatronics Lab is to better
define the performance of electric motor, and to optimize overall motorized
system effectiveness and safety. In particular, research on fault condition
monitoring, fault detection, and fault diagnosis of electric motors is mainly
performed, and fault factors are derived through such fault analysis to robust
design of the motor.
Our research team has designed and developed many
novel technologies for the design, control and fault diagnosis/estimation of PM
type electric motors. This is a results-oriented lab which produces dependable
stream of intellectual property and practical products.
